This website is owned and operated by Adrenaline Workshop, LLC. The following terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) are agreed upon by Adrenaline Workshop, LLC (“Seller”) and the purchaser (“Purchaser”). Seller's acceptance of any order is subject to these Terms and Conditions. No contrary, additional or different terms, provisions or conditions shall be binding on Seller unless accepted by Seller in writing. This website offers visitors custom-designed camera mounts and accessories designed and built for use in high-speed environments. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change our product's design at any time, and it is possible that the products depicted do not reflect the most recent product version, changes, and/or updates.

Return & Refund Policy
For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) all NON-BLACK single-colored products will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee; and (iii) the following products are not eligible for return/refund: any multicolored and/or custom colored products, any custom designs and/or products not available through our web-store at time of purchase; any products that come with VHB tape that have protective backing peeled back, missing, or in any way damaged; any and all International orders (orders shipped outside of the US), if allowable by law. Furthermore, no refunds will be given due to shipping / local carrier delays...understand that once your item is shipped, we have no control over shipping/customs delays...so choose your shipping options appropriately. Any additional shipping costs associated with parcels that are undelivered / undeliverable will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. All international orders are shipped with shipping insurance, so in the event that a parcel is truly lost or damaged during transit, then the cost of your purchased item(s) may be recoverable after 30 days have passed since parcel's shipping date, as this is the soonest we can file a claim for lost / damaged parcels.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Adrenaline Workshop, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
Indemnification
The Purchaser hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Adrenaline Workshop, LLC its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, settlements, losses, damages, penalties, obligations and expenses, including attorney's fees and expenses and other professional fees and expenses, incurred or suffered by such person arising from, by reason of, or in connection with any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising from, by reason of or in connection with the Goods sold hereunder. This indemnification shall survive delivery of the Goods to Purchaser and any subsequent sale or other transfer of the Goods to a third party.
Limitation of liability
All goods are purchased by the Purchaser “as is” and “with all faults”, and seller makes no representation or warranty, express, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter with respect to the goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Adrenaline Workshop, LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Purchaser acknowledges and understands that the Goods sold herein may be dangerous even when properly used as intended. Seller will not be responsible for any loss or injury resulting from defects or alleged defects in the Goods sold or from the subsequent use of the items. No guarantees or warranties are being made, expressly or implied, as to the efficacy, safety, or longevity of this product, or the protection it may or may not offer your camera, camera gear, or other equipment used in conjunction with the Goods sold herein. Purchaser agrees to defend any suit, action or cause of action brought against Seller, its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives by any person based on any such alleged injury, illness, or damage and to pay all damages, costs and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney's fees or legal expenses in connection therewith or resulting therefrom.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adrenaline Workshop, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Limitation of Damages

Seller's liability with respect to Goods sold to Purchaser shall be limited to refunding any payments made by Purchaser (i) with respect to Goods returned to and accepted by Seller or (ii) with respect to Goods ordered but not shipped by Seller upon Seller's cancellation of the invoice. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or any expenses of Purchaser, including but not limited to, shipping costs.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of The United States of America in Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Longwood, Seminole County, Florida. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
