This website is owned and operated by Adrenaline Workshop, LLC. The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern all sales, services, and access to www.adrenalineworkshop.com and are agreed upon by Adrenaline Workshop, LLC (“Seller”) and the purchaser (“Purchaser”).

Seller’s acceptance of any order is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. No additional, conflicting, or modified terms shall be binding unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.

This website offers custom-designed camera mounts and accessories manufactured for use in high-speed environments, including (but not limited to) skydiving, BASE jumping, and similar activities. By accessing or using the website, placing an order, or completing the checkout process, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws remain unaffected by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use this website and/or receive services, you must be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You may not use this website or purchase products if doing so is prohibited under applicable law in your country.

Purchases and Pricing

By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a purchase; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract upon completing the checkout process. Prices are listed on the website and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify product designs without notice. Images shown may not reflect the most current version of the product / design.

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

For undamaged and unused products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Additional return terms:

Returns and exchanges are only valid in the country of original purchase unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
EU customers may be entitled to return items in accordance with their statutory right of withdrawal.
Non-black, single-color products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated from the product’s original (full) retail price. This applies even if the item was purchased at a discounted rate (e.g., via coupon code, promotion, or sale)..
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Multicolored and/or custom-colored products
- Custom designs or non-standard items not listed on our website at the time of purchase
- Products with VHB tape that have the protective backing removed, missing, or damaged
- International orders (unless required by law)
- As of Jan 1, 2025, all Sony HDR X3000-specific mounts and housings are final sale
Any request to modify an order more than 48 hours after it is placed will be treated as a return or exchange. In such cases, non-black, single-color items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as these are made-to-order and not eligible for resale.
Shipping delays by carriers are beyond our control and not grounds for refund
Additional shipping fees due to delivery failure are the Purchaser’s responsibility
International shipments include insurance. Claims for lost/damaged parcels can be filed after 30 days from the ship date

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

All content on this website, including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Adrenaline Workshop, LLC. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Users may request cancellation at any time.

Indemnification

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Adrenaline Workshop, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any liabilities or expenses arising from use of purchased products. This includes legal fees, injury, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from the use or misuse of our goods.

Limitation of Liability

All goods sold by Adrenaline Workshop, LLC (“Seller”) are provided “as is” and “with all faults.” Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other representation regarding the goods’ performance, suitability, or durability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, data loss, goodwill, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use the products, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that products sold by Seller are designed for use in high-risk, high-speed activities (including but not limited to skydiving, BASE jumping, and paragliding), and that such activities inherently involve the risk of serious injury, death, and/or equipment loss. Seller makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, as to the safety, performance, or protective capacity of any product.

No safety claims are made regarding the ability of the products to prevent damage to cameras, accessories, or other attached equipment. The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the product for their specific application.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adrenaline Workshop, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the use, misuse, or resale of the products, including but not limited to claims of bodily injury, death, property damage, or alleged product defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seller also disclaims any liability for: (i) errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product content or website information; (ii) unauthorized access to or use of Seller’s servers or customer data; or (iii) interruptions or delays in product availability or service.

Limitation of Damages

Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Purchaser for: (i) Goods returned and accepted by Seller; or (ii) Goods ordered but not shipped due to cancellation. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or related costs.

Right to Change and Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Promotional Emails and Content

By providing contact information, you agree to receive promotional content from us. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, including any disputes arising out of or relating to the products, services, or this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules or principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Longwood, Seminole County, Florida, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws in the European Union or your country of residence.

EU Consumer Notice & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, EU buyers must email us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 7 days of return. Exceptions apply to custom-made, personalized, or sealed items unfit for return once opened.
