This item is a "GoPro style" 3-prong action camera connector for the front edge of your helmet. It will facilitate mounting of any camera / accessory that uses GoPro style connector. It comes complete with necessary mounting hardware, as well as a low-profile M5 bolt to lock your action camera in place.
