This is a stand-alone camera base unit which you will need IF you are retrofitting/converting your current LoProMoFo camera set up to the RapidRelease System. You will of course also need the RapidRelease Helmet Base (and corresponding camera housing) in order to be able to mount your camera with this base to your helmet.
